Flatboy Sanding Disc Holder For Flat Floor Sanding And Floor Grinding.

The Flatboy sanding disc holder is designed specifically for floor sanding and floor grinding applications. It has a recessed hub that enables the flooring contractor to use the full surface of the sanding disc by sanding flat. The big advantage is reducing operator fatigue by enabling the operator to rest most of the weight on the floor grinder. And by sanding flat, you get to grind or sand using the entire sand paper surface for increased productivity. You also don’t have to worry about marring the surface with the hub, or damaging the hub by having it come in contact with the concrete, stone or masonry. The hub is also solid faced to prevent glue, mastic and sap from creeping up into the threads. The machined aluminum mandrel features air scoops for improved airflow that promote superior cooling.
