ToolSync™ Automated Tool Start System

ToolSync™ is the wireless way to integrate the on/off functions of power hand tools with a vacuum used for dust control. Start the tool and the vacuum turns on right away, even if it is across the room, around the corner, or on a different floor. This versatile system can be set it up so one power tool can operated several vacuums, or one vacuum can be activated by a number of tools. There are two models: one for electric tools and one for pneumatic tools.

With ToolSync™, you don’t have to worry about throwing breaker switches. With other systems, when you combine the amp draw of the tool with that of the vacuum, you exceed 15 amps, and blow a fuse. A hand grinder pulls about 13 amps; a vacuum pulls about 11 amps. Together, they will blow a 15 amp fuse every time.

Stop Blowing Fuses
Because ToolSync is wireless, you are free to plug your vacuum into a different circuit than your power tool to eliminate the hassle of blowing fuses when using larger, higher amp power tools.

There are no additional cords to wrestle with. The system comes with a VacPod that connects to the vacuum power cord and a ToolPod that connects to the tool's power cord.

Additional ToolPods can be purchased separately for people who have an array of tools they want to run off a single vacuum, but don't want to disconnect and connect the ToolPod each time they want to change tools.
