If you have a return, please call customer service first to obtain an RGA number at 435-637-5885. Then, please fill out the following form with your return information. The form will automatically generate a PDF Warranty Return Card ready to print. You must include the card with the RGA number in your return for your return to be accepted.

  • On the Dustless Wet/Dry Vacuum, HEPA Vac and Loveless Ash Vacuums, the Serial No. is located near the on/off switch on the vacuum.
  • Pro Series & Slurry Vacs Serial No. is located near the power cord.
  • Ash Vac Serial Numbers are located on the outside of the motor & on the box.
  • Tool Shrouds, Sanders, Bags, & all accessories do not have serial numbers.
IMPORTANT: *RGA Number is issued by a customer service representative at Dustless Technologies. Please call customer service at 1-435-637-5885 to obtain your RGA Number. Do not ship any products without this number included.
